University of Nottingham

Nottingham, United Kingdom

The University of Nottingham, founded in 1881, is a Russell Group and Universitas 21 research university based primarily at its University Park campus, with a second Jubilee Campus nearby in Nottingham. It is one of a small number of UK universities with its own overseas campuses, in China and Malaysia, giving it a genuinely global teaching network. Nottingham is particularly well known for pharmacy, computer science and its triple-accredited business school, and its chemistry department has a long history of major discoveries. The UK campuses host around 35,000 students, taught across five faculties spanning engineering, science, medicine, business, law and the humanities.
